Thanks for asking! Yes, our designers will reach out to you with your proofs for approval before anything is ordered. Artzee Designs wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their personalized canvas art for their home, office or space, so we will revise the art until we’ve successfully taken your vision and made the perfect art piece.

It’s simple! Go to and select the canvas size you would like Artzee Designs to create your perfect piece of art in. After that, you can upload any images you would like us to use for inspiration (i.e. swatch color from couch, design pattern from pillows, etc) or for the actual art (i.e. pictures of loved ones, scenic pictures from vacation, etc). If you’d like us to include any text on the art, you can include that as well. Once we receive this information, we’ll get to work right away and get a proof over to you in less than 2 days for review. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to go back to the drawing board until you are 100% satisfied!

That’s not a problem! Tell us as much as you know and we can take it from there. Any sort of direction on what you’re looking for gets our creative juices flowing and we’re sure we can come up with something that will fit your space perfectly!

We know waiting is not fun! You will have a proof in less than 2 days max. We aim to work on your custom work of art in a quick and efficient manner without sacrificing quality. Expect for us to start working on your art as soon as you place your order.

Shipping & Returns

If you need your custom canvas art by a certain date indicate it in the text section of your order so we’re aware of the deadline. If the date is particularly soon (less than a week), please reach out to us so we can see how we can arrange a rush order. We typically can not do an overnight order since we have to arrange for printing and canvas wrapping, but either way contact us at with your request and rest assure, we can work to figure out a solution for your order.

At this time, we do not have dedicated staff to support pick-up orders or walk-in customers. All of our orders have to be placed on the website and get shipped out, but we can work with you if you’re hoping to receive your order quicker.
